EXPORT PROCEDURES

Upon receipt of the necessary details from you:
  • Harmonized System (HS) code and Customs Tariff analysis are conducted.
  • A Certificate of Origin is issued.
  • The export declaration is prepared digitally and registered online
  • The consolidation of the export process and the realization of payment are carried out in an electronic environment.
  • Certificates of Origin are arranged electronically.
  • Our personnel visit the Customs Directorate to facilitate the examination and approval of the export goods.
  • The preparation of necessary documents for outbound shipments is completed, ensuring that all completed export declarations and accompanying documents are delivered to the carrier.
  • The examination and approval process of the export goods is also conducted on-site by our personnel at the Customs Directorate.
  • Completed documents are delivered to the Accounting Department of Liman Customs Consultancy.
  • A single invoice detailing all services and associated costs is prepared for accounting purposes.
  • Your file is electronically archived by the accounting department.
  • All export documents are delivered to you in a sealed envelope by the archive department.
